🥗✨ Bhel Puri Chaat  – Tangy, Crunchy & Irresistible! 🌶️🍋

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups puffed rice (murmura) 🍚

  • ½ cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles) 🧀

  • ¼ cup namkeen mix (optional) 🍲

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped 🍅

  • 1 boiled potato, chopped 🥔

  • 2 tbsp green chutney (mint & coriander) 🌿

  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney (sweet & tangy) 🍯

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional) 🌶️

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

  • Salt to taste 🧂

  • 1 tsp chaat masala 🧂

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 🌱


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep all veggies – finely chop onion, tomato, green chili & potato. 🧅🍅🥔

  2. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, sev & namkeen. 🍚➕🍲

  3. Add the chopped veggies and mix well. 🥗

  4. Pour in the green chutney 🌿 and tamarind chutney 🍯.

  5. Squeeze in lemon juice 🍋, add salt, and sprinkle chaat masala. 🧂✨

  6. Toss everything until well combined! 🌀

  7. Garnish with extra sev and coriander leaves 🌱 and serve immediately for that perfect crunch! 🥳
