🥗✨ Bhel Puri Chaat – Tangy, Crunchy & Irresistible! 🌶️🍋
🛒 Ingredients:

2 cups puffed rice (murmura) 🍚

½ cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles) 🧀

¼ cup namkeen mix (optional) 🍲

1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅

1 small tomato, finely chopped 🍅

1 boiled potato, chopped 🥔

2 tbsp green chutney (mint & coriander) 🌿

2 tbsp tamarind chutney (sweet & tangy) 🍯

1 green chili, finely chopped (optional) 🌶️

1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

Salt to taste 🧂

1 tsp chaat masala 🧂

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 🌱
👩🍳 Instructions:

Prep all veggies – finely chop onion, tomato, green chili & potato. 🧅🍅🥔

In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, sev & namkeen. 🍚➕🍲

Add the chopped veggies and mix well. 🥗

Pour in the green chutney 🌿 and tamarind chutney 🍯.

Squeeze in lemon juice 🍋, add salt, and sprinkle chaat masala. 🧂✨
