🥭 Kesar Mango Halwa – A Sweet & Fruity Delight 🍮

✨ Ingredients:

  • 🥭 1 cup Kesar Mango Pulp

  • 🌾 ½ cup semolina (sooji)

  • 🍬 ½ cup sugar

  • 🧈 3 tablespoons ghee

  • 🥛 1 cup water or milk

  • 🌰 Chopped nuts for garnish

👩🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat ghee 🧈 in a pan and roast semolina 🌾 on low heat until golden brown and aromatic.
2️⃣ Add Kesar Mango Pulp 🥭 and mix well to blend the flavors.
3️⃣ Slowly pour in water or milk 🥛 while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4️⃣ Cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth halwa. 🍮
5️⃣ Stir in sugar 🍬, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped nuts 🌰 and serve warm.
