🌱 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Kesar Mango Pulp

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

  • ¼ cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 small banana (optional, for natural sweetness) 🍌

  • A handful of fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango cubes) 🍓🥝🥭

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp granola or crushed nuts for crunch 🥜

  • A mint leaf for garnish 🌿


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend the Kesar mango pulp, yogurt, banana, and coconut milk until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and spread evenly.

  3. Top with chopped fruits, seeds, granola, and a mint leaf.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy a wholesome, desi-meets-modern breakfast or snack!
